How do I make a support ticket?

In the Learn Prompting Discord server (invite link), under the 'Support' category there are three primary channels separated by support type:

#appeals: Tickets made here are specifically for the individual challenges you play in HackAPrompt 2.0. When you make a submission in a challenge, the most recent response you received from the AI is the one that's checked for challenge completion. If you disagree with the results you get, you can submit an appeal ticket to have a human judge review your submission manually. We encourage users to only make an appeal when they genuinely believe an outcome is not correct. Please don't submit an appeal just because an outcome isn't desirable!

(Note: as of 5/26/25 the appeals review process is paused while we fix some related bugs. You are still welcome to create a ticket in the meantime.)

#bug-reports: Tickets created in the bug-reports channel are for reporting any technical issues, platform bugs, or unexpected behavior you encounter while participating in HackAPrompt 2.0. This includes, but is not limited to, problems with model loading, leaderboard scoring, submission errors that are NOT related to AI judgments, or environment glitches.

#other: This ticket channel is for anything unrelated to submission appeals or encountered bugs.
Some examples could be:

  • Questions about rules, eligibility, or team formation
  • Clarifications on track requirements
  • Help with account or login issues
  • Issues with access to tutorials or sandbox environments
  • Suggestions for improvement or feedback on the competition
  • General support that doesn't fit in the other two categories

We try to respond and complete all created tickets within 24 hours; active bugs we are working to fix may extend that time. Rest assured, we'll solve your problem. Your patience is tremendously appreciated!
